Charity Christmas Bazaar Reminder: November 16 | 11:00 – 15:00

1. We are still looking for  2 more volunteers to help on the day in the:

  •   Kitchen from 10:00 – 12noon and 14:00 – 16:00

Or to bake a treat to be sold at our International Bake Sale Table. We are looking
for delicious treats that are wrapped, labelled with a name, suggested sell price, and if they include any allergens (nuts, gluten, eggs, diary). Please contact us to sign up. We will need the item dropped off on the morning of the Bazaar between 10am & 11am.

2. Our Tombola Prize Draw Needs Prizes!
We are looking a little short on prizes. If each one of our members can ask and receive one prize from a local vendor/restaurant/salon, etc we would have a plentiful table of prizes to award. Forms are located on the blog to assist you in asking local businesses to participate as a donor to our bazaar. We are able to send them a tax receipt if you get an invoice from them. More information can be found on the blog. Please drop off prizes to either Francesca MacQuarrie, Teresa Saunders or Michele Papke. To coordinate a drop off, please contact the bazaar team or if you have questions.

3. Vendors!
We only have 3 more tables available. Tell your friends, neighbours and favorite crafters that their opportunity to sell at our Bazaar is closing! Spread the word, they are going fast, and in order to have their information printed in the Bazaar program, we need their registration by Friday, November 8.

4. Used Books & Media:
Collect your gently used books, magazines, dvd’s, cd’s, games etc. and drop them off to either Michele Papke or Francesca MacQuarrie. You can also bring them to the Monthly Meeting next week. Our club will be selling these items at the bazaar to help our charitable causes. Contact the bazaar team at to organize a drop off.”
